Updated Seaweed Motion and Zoom Speed


Just a small update to the code to make the seaweed motion and the zoom speeds more consistent to all system specs. I noticed when I played the fish pond on a faster gaming computer the seaweed motion and zoom was much faster. I changed the function used in Godot from _process to _physics_process. My understanding is that _physics_process will maintain a consistent  rhythm.
